“I love the idea that clothing can be a catalyst to make us feel different”.

Everyone hates to talk about themselves and I am no different. I would have loved to have one
of my writer friends polish this up into an impressive bio but I didn’t. So here we go.

My name is Pamela Libonati, I have been working in the New York City fashion industry for
over 20 years. I see the world through art, fashion, movies and rose colored glasses. I am a hopeless romantic that dreams of making extravagant gowns yet loves a dive bar. I feel privileged to have worked among many inspiring people and talented photographers. My resume includes Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Coach, Lloyd + Co, Bloomingdale's, Victoria’s Secret and J.Crew to name a few. I’ve been wanting to start this blog since 2006, when I moved back to New York from Paris but instead, I became a workaholic. Recently I left Bloomingdale’s, after eight years
as an Associate Creative Director, to find a sweeter life.

I know everyone has a blog, but I don’t care. This blog is for me.
